Villa La Farnera on the edge of the pretty town of Siete Aguas

The property is detached and placed in the beautiful countryside of Venta Mina. It is just a few minutes drive from the local village of Siete Aguas where you’ll find all necessary amenities and 30 minutes from Valencia City center, beautiful beaches and nearby airport (25 minutes). Step out of the front door and you are into the splendor of the mountains and surrounding green valley.
Facilities
The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is an air-conditioned double room with en-suite and dressing room, the second bedroom is an ample sized double room with double bed. Both doubles open out on to a glazed upper terrace with stunning views across the valley. The third bedroom sleeps 3, with adult sized bunk beds with an extra pullout single bed. The property comfortably sleeps 7 adults. A beautifully finished master bathroom services the first floor.
The air-conditioned open plan ground floor boasts a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A living area includes a restful lounge area with large wall mounted TV with Freeview UK channels and 6 seater dinning room. The adjoining Utility Room offers a dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Outside, the large ground floor terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the sun, cook on on the gas fired BBQ and chat away the wee-hours whilst you enjoy the amazing star-scattered skies. Looking out into the grounds of the property there is a shaded garden area and a beautiful pool with plenty of room for lounging along with an outdoor shower area. Note that the pool is not enclosed, so children should be supervised at all times. We also have an inflatable padding pool for guest’s use should they require it.
WIFI is NOT currently provided however 4G mobile reception is good on most networks.
The nearest neighbours are someway away, so noise is generally not an issue if you wish to crank-up the integrated outdoor speakers and ‘throw some shapes’ pool-side.
The property is protected by smoke, gas and carbon monoxide detectors alongside a direct link feature connecting to Emergency Services (in both English & Spanish) in case of any form of emergency.
Beautiful surroundings
The villa is in the small settlement of Venta Mina, just a few minutes drive from Siete Aguas.
Siete Aguas boasts a good selection of bars, restaurants and clubs. Supermarket and medical center. It is located just 50 km from the city of Valencia. The village is steeped in history and traditions, with a rich artistic and environmental heritage.
Siete Aguas takes pride in its high mountain climate, which makes its summers among the freshest of the Valencian inland. But undoubtedly, the municipality’s great treasures are the numerous springs scattered throughout its terrain and its natural spaces, which allow visitors to practice many sports. Mountain biking, climbing, hiking, paddle boarding, bird watching, hunting, wild swimming; the list is endless. All this, together with its rich traditional cuisine, make this municipality in La Hoya de Buñol-Chiva perfect for an unforgettable stay. Buñol hosts the world famous Tomatina Festival at the end of August each year, where participants throw tomatoes at each other purely for entertainment purposes.
Nearby the large town of Requenna is situated with large shopping facilities and many bodegas for those interested in wine tasting.
For the Petrol-heads amongst you, the town of Cheste, 10 minutes drive away, hosts the annual Grand Prix motorcycle racing event; MotoGP and other regular motoring events.
For water-lovers, there is ‘Aquopolis’ a well appointed family water park located 40 minuets away in Cullera, for wild swimmers a beautiful river and water fall just 45 minutes away in Casas Del Rio.
The port city of Valencia lies to the East of the property on Spain’s southeastern coast, where the Turia River meets the Mediterranean Sea. It’s known for its area of Arts and Sciences, with futuristic structures including a planetarium, an oceanarium and an interactive museum. Valencia also has several stunning beaches, including some within nearby Albufera Park, a wetlands reserve with a lake and walking trails and amazing modern zoo and great selection of bars restaurants and clubs. Valencia also boasts lots of elaborate historic castles, churches and architecture throughout. All the usual amenities provided by a large city can of course be found here.
